I was particularly curious because in the entire Mahabharat by Vyas Muni, there is absolutely no reference to Radha. Evidently there are some vague references to Gopiya going to meet Krishna in Dwarka but sent back to Mathura by Akrur after giving “Updesh” known in scriptures as AkrurGita that is extremely similar to Bhag-vad (God-spoken) Gita.

Any way, found 4 theories about Radha. 1) Radha was a mere figment of imagination of later poets, 2)Radha married Krishna secretly but lived “pure” (unconsumated) the rest of her life; 3)She married son of Abhimanyu-Subhadra named Jatila, and an Yadav – thereby ensuring yadav race continuation; 4)She married some dude named Chandrasen or Anyan.

I can’t blame you if you find this far too nerdy for your taste, but I was seriously hoping to reach some other geek besides me on this site with similar “Who Wants to know” mindset. Just for the record, I believe that Theory 1 above – Radha existing only in some one’s imagination.

I think there is a reason for naming our CB leading lady Radhika – SHE WILL NEVER GET MARRIED TO HER EARTHLY KAHNA. Thank God I won’t be on the chat site tomorrow; that way I won’t have to duck when you Dev ki Diwanis start throwing stuff at me or assault me
verbally for making such an unacceptable prediction.
