Oh boy. My cousin died in a very similar situation – hit by a learner driver with no insurance. Do you have any legal recourse in SA? Or do you have to just bite the bullet?

that is the problem, no insurance and the vehicle was not even licenced and he was alone
in sa if u learner driver, not supposed to drive alone
